Webinar Synopsis:

This webinar centers on mass‑based carbon assessments—the greatest early‑stage leverage. Participants will learn to set initial carbon budgets, evaluate design choices, and compare scenarios with confidence. The session covers: CarbonSpace (a carbon assessment platform for the built environment) and why mass‑based thinking matters; creating very early‑stage assessments before BIM or material libraries; understanding how structure, façade types and geometry drive emissions; navigating the CarbonSpace library; and comparing scenarios. A Q&A session will follow the presentation. Ideal for built environment professionals seeking low‑carbon strategies from concept to completion, with practical insights from a Netherlands‑based practice.
