The Hong Kong Green Building Week (HKGBW) 2025, jointly organised by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), closely echoes the momentum of the 15th National Games. Under the theme of “Green Building Get Set GOAL. Race to Carbon Neutrality.”, the campaign invites the public to embark on an engaging journey to explore Hong Kong’s green buildings with Captain Green Building and his new buddies – GB Friends.
Through interactive activities related to sports, health and well-being, the campaign aims to enhance public awareness of innovative green building technologies, while fostering a deeper appreciation for local green buildings. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the importance and benefits of green buildings, as Captain Green Building and GB Friends lead them through Hong Kong’s iconic green buildings, racing together towards carbon neutrality!
