Set up Committees to deal with the following functions:
(Committees to be appointed by the Board Chairman/deputy Chairman and approved by Council. Committee Chairmen and members NOT necessary to be Council members)

• Co-ordinates and develops a Green Building Label
• Liaises with external organizations on sustainability research
• Develops green building design and construction standards
